Schedule of Works for projects up to £1M
Submission of draft construction/tender drawings to building control/approved inspectors
RIBA Stage 5 - Construction
Contract administration for projects up to £1M
Provision of setting out information of site and building
Response to technical queries from site
Preparation or review of contractor’s proposals
Checking of specialist sub-contractor’s fabrication drawings
Carrying out of site inspections
Issuing of architect’s report on each formal site visit
